Drive-in access, high ceilings, professional power, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, restrooms, preparation areas, and flexible rental packages support groups of up to 250 people. Vehicles, scenery, large equipment, and event installations can enter more directly than they would in a typical upper-floor Manhattan space. The West 37th Street location also keeps the studio close to Penn Station, Times Square, and the Garment District for visiting guests, talent, and production vendors.
