Sweet Space is an intimate Soho loft in a historic cast-iron building with approximately 1,600 square feet of open studio space. South and west exposures bring in abundant daylight, while classic downtown windows and a simple flexible interior create a warm backdrop for photo shoots, small film productions, meetings, workshops, dinners, pop-ups, and private gatherings. The room can remain minimal or be styled around a specific creative concept.
Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, restrooms, elevator access, high ceilings, and a straightforward open plan support groups of up to 40 people. The manageable footprint keeps smaller events from feeling lost, and the broad daylight exposure is particularly useful for editorial, portrait, product, and lifestyle work. Its Grand Street location places guests and crews in the center of Soho while providing a private upper-floor environment away from the street.
