Four Midtown Daylight Lofts With Kitchens and Empire State Views

Space28 is a collection of four Midtown lofts ranging from approximately 1,500 to 6,000 square feet. Twelve-foot ceilings, north and south daylight, modern furniture, and views toward the Empire State Building create flexible settings for dinners, meetings, content production, photo shoots, launches, showrooms, and private events. The rooms can be used independently or combined around the scale and flow of a program.

Full shooting and prep kitchens, private bathrooms, fiber Wi-Fi, soundproof curtains, freight elevator access, heating, air conditioning, and movable furnishings support groups of up to 150 people. The multiple-loft format is useful for events that need a main room plus green room, breakout, catering, or production space. Daylight and skyline views provide a finished visual environment, while the kitchens and freight access make longer production days and catered gatherings easier to operate.
