About the Venue
Our Kryptonite Room at Jay Suites Bryant Park is a large, technology-equipped meeting and event space designed for presentations followed by networking or cocktail service. Located on the sixth floor at 10 Times Square, the room offers more than 1,200 square feet with modern furnishings, bench seating and a flexible business-focused layout. It accommodates up to 52 guests seated or 70 standing, making it useful for company meetings, client presentations, training sessions, workshops, networking events and hosted receptions. The room’s Midtown location places guests near Bryant Park, Times Square, Penn Station, Port Authority and multiple subway lines, while the staffed business-center setting provides a professional arrival experience.
Two 75-inch high-definition displays with mirroring support presentations, and an Aver USB PTZ camera with optical zoom supports video conferencing. VoIP teleconferencing, external microphones, a wireless presenter microphone on request, in-ceiling speakers, Wi-Fi, wired Ethernet and common laptop connections support both in-person and hybrid programs. Conference tables include electrical outlets and USB charging, and mobile magnetic presentation boards can be provided. Catering is available, with a service station located outside the room for coffee, meals or reception refreshments. The space can transition from a seated meeting into a standing gathering without moving to another venue, which is especially helpful for programs that combine content and hospitality. Our onsite event host can coordinate the room layout, catering, audio and presentation setup in advance so the space is ready when attendees arrive.
