Space LES is a street-level Lower East Side loft with approximately 2,000 square feet of flexible event and production space. Hardwood floors, an eleven-foot pressed-tin ceiling, movable walls, adjustable lighting, and natural light give the room a recognizable downtown character. The open plan can be configured for dinners, meetings, workshops, pop-ups, screenings, photo shoots, filming, and private gatherings.

A kitchen, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, audiovisual equipment, furniture, restrooms, security cameras, a gated entry, and double-door street access make load-in and event operations straightforward. Outside caterers are welcome, and seating is available for a variety of layouts. The venue accommodates up to 100 people, with events concluding by 11:00 p.m.; indoor smoking and loud amplified music are not permitted. The ground-level entrance is particularly useful for productions, installations, and vendors bringing in equipment or decor.
