419 Lafayette Loft + Rooftop occupies the upper level of a landmark NoHo building dating to the nineteenth century. Approximately 7,185 square feet of interior space combines twelve-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and ten-foot windows with an open layout suited to weddings, dinners, launches, galas, fashion programs, photo shoots, and large productions. The historic materials give the room warmth and texture while preserving the flexibility of a classic downtown loft.

A rooftop garden adds an unexpected outdoor environment with water tanks, planted areas, fishponds, and broad city views. The venue includes a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, restrooms, elevator and freight access, natural light, in-house production resources, and catering support, while outside catering can also be accommodated. Events of up to 300 people can use the loft and rooftop as connected but distinct settings for ceremonies, cocktails, dining, entertainment, and production staging.
