Industrial Red Hook Studio With Skylights, DJ Booth and Kitchenette

Green Lung Studio is an industrial Red Hook production and event space with nearly 1,500 square feet divided between two flexible rooms. The studio works for photography, video, holding, gallery exhibitions, screenings, music events, lectures, workshops, intimate parties, and creative community gatherings. Skylights bring daylight into the interior, while the combination of open floors and separate rooms allows one area to serve as the primary event or set and the other as preparation, breakout, or guest space.

A kitchenette, two bathrooms, DJ booth, sound system, projector, screen, tables, chairs, and basic production equipment reduce the amount a host needs to bring. Wi-Fi and outside catering are available, and street parking is supported by a load-in area that can be arranged in advance. With a maximum capacity of 75, Green Lung Studio is best suited to smaller events and productions that want a distinctive Brooklyn setting, useful technical features, and enough separation to keep setup and guest activity organized.
