New Park Event Venue & Suites brings weddings, retreats and private gatherings to a wooded Finger Lakes property at 1500 Taughannock Boulevard in Ithaca. The grounds sit between the city and Taughannock Falls, giving guests a destination atmosphere without placing them far from Ithaca services. Events can move among the Pavilion, the Wish Room, outdoor ceremony areas, firepit spaces and distinctive suites finished with stonework, wood details and stained glass. The Pavilion can expand seasonally with adjacent tents, while the smaller room supports intimate showers, meetings and dinners. Six suites can accommodate approximately 20 to 22 overnight guests, which makes the property especially useful for wedding weekends, reunions, wellness retreats and multi-day celebrations where the closest participants want to remain together on site.
Planning should begin with the season, selected event area, overnight needs and whether the gathering requires a partial rental or full-property buyout. Confirm current capacity for the climate-controlled Pavilion because tented capacity changes when seasonal structures are removed. Ask how catering and bartending will be handled, which outside vendors are permitted, and what furniture, lighting, power and restrooms are included. The property has gravel and uneven stone in some areas, so guests with mobility concerns should review the exact route between parking, lodging and the ceremony space. Productions should discuss commercial-use permission, equipment access, power, sound, holding rooms and furniture movement.
