About the Venue

Inn at Taughannock creates a destination wedding and event setting on a 12-acre campus at 2030 Gorge Road in Trumansburg. The property overlooks Cayuga Lake and sits beside Taughannock Falls State Park, combining waterfront scenery, Victorian architecture, restaurant service and overnight accommodations. Five buildings contain 23 rooms and suites, allowing close family, speakers or executive participants to stay near the event. The Enchantment Garden, sailcloth tent, terraces, firepits and indoor dining spaces can support ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, retreats and company gatherings for groups up to approximately 300, with some outdoor configurations able to accommodate larger celebrations. The combination of lodging, food service and several event areas makes the inn especially practical for multi-day gatherings with guests traveling into the Finger Lakes.

Planning should begin with the selected ceremony and reception sites, lodging block and weather backup. Ask which areas are private, how capacity changes by layout, and what happens if wind or rain affects the garden or tent. Confirm catering, bar packages, staffing, service charges, tables, chairs, linens, lighting and transportation between buildings.
