Home Studios brings together three daylight loft studios in a historic Broadway building near Union Square. Tall ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, flexible furniture, and open layouts create polished yet comfortable settings for dinners, weddings, meetings, editorial shoots, film productions, and brand events. Each studio has its own identity, giving hosts and crews the ability to choose a room that feels residential, architectural, or clean and modern.
Full kitchens, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth sound, televisions, microphones, restrooms, dressing and makeup areas, freight elevator access, passenger elevators, heating, air conditioning, and accessible circulation support events of up to 100 people. Furniture and seating are available within the studios, and outside catering can be accommodated. The combination of daylight, kitchen infrastructure, and production-friendly access allows the space to move easily between a working studio and a guest-ready event environment.
