About the Venue
The Annex Williamsburg is a 2,800-square-foot former foundry converted into a polished loft for private events, corporate gatherings, dinners, presentations, photo shoots, film work, and brand productions. The venue combines a furnished lounge with a larger main hall, exposed architectural detail, white walls, brick accents, fourteen-foot ceilings, and skylights. The layout gives planners both a social area and an open room that can be shaped around dining, speaking, filming, or a standing reception.
The venue can accommodate up to 75 guests and includes professional audiovisual equipment, sound, smart televisions, projectors, screens, a wet bar, Wi-Fi, climate control, restrooms, accessible entry, and first-floor double doors for easy load-in. Skylight blackout capability supports controlled production, while a pantry and lounge can serve food preparation, holding, or green-room needs. Outside catering is welcome, and full-service planning is available. Smoking, pets, glitter, confetti, wall attachments, independent alcohol, and public ticketed events are not permitted under the venue rules.
