LOFT39 is a multi-level Midtown venue with four customizable floors that can be tailored for celebrations, meetings, launches, productions, and social events. Tall ceilings and generous windows create an airy foundation, while the separate levels make it possible to divide an event into reception, dining, lounge, production, or backstage zones. The clean loft architecture works equally well with minimal styling or a more fully designed installation.
The rooftop adds an outdoor component with city views, giving guests a change of scene without leaving the building. Natural sunlight, open floor plans, restrooms, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and elevator access help the venue serve groups of up to 125 people. The vertical layout is particularly useful for events that need privacy between activities or a controlled flow from one experience to the next, while the central Bryant Park-area location remains convenient for guests arriving from across the city.
