Loft Story brings together three distinct Greenpoint settings in one flexible Brooklyn venue. The main loft spans about 2,000 square feet and can host up to 200 standing guests or 120 seated, with immersive wall projection mapping that can transform the room for weddings, brand events, performances, presentations, private parties, and creative productions. Banquet tables, chairs, glassware, professional sound, microphones, and audiovisual support make the loft practical as well as visually striking. A commercial kitchen supports catering, and the open floor plan allows dining, dancing, staging, and lounge areas to be arranged around the needs of each gathering.

A hidden 1,500-square-foot speakeasy creates a more intimate setting for up to 60 guests, with its own bar atmosphere and late-night indoor energy. Above it all, a 3,000-square-foot rooftop accommodates up to 100 people with panoramic views across Brooklyn and the Manhattan skyline. The rooftop works beautifully for ceremonies, cocktail hours, portraits, dinners, and warm-weather celebrations, while the speakeasy offers a natural after-party or breakout space.
