About the Venue
Our Fifth Avenue Rooftop is a 2,500-square-foot private event terrace in Midtown Manhattan, located on the 12th floor at 15 West 38th Street. The rooftop sits directly across from the Empire State Building and offers broad city views that create an immediate New York setting for company receptions, networking events, trainings, celebrations, proposals, promotional activations, photography, filming, art showcases and fashion events. Contemporary couches, tables, chairs and lounge groupings provide comfortable furnished areas while preserving an open layout that can be adapted to the program. The terrace accommodates up to 150 guests standing or 100 seated, making it suitable for both smaller hosted gatherings and larger cocktail-style events.
The rooftop includes a built-in bar area, outdoor high-speed Wi-Fi, adjustable event lighting and a sound system with connections for a DJ. Catering can be arranged, self-catering is permitted, and bar or cocktail services are available, with outside beverages allowed when approved and coordinated before the event. Glass safety panels maintain clear skyline views, and the combination of lounge seating and open circulation areas supports presentations, mingling, dining and branded installations. Penn Station, Bryant Park, Times Square and numerous subway lines are nearby, giving guests several convenient ways to reach the venue. Meeting rooms and conference facilities in the same building can be reserved when organizers need indoor breakout space or a weather backup. Our team can assist with the final layout, catering schedule, beverage plan, audio requirements and vendor access so the rooftop is prepared before guests arrive.
