About the Venue
Our Grand Central Rooftop is a newly renovated 3,200-square-foot outdoor event space just one block from Grand Central Terminal. The terrace offers open-air green space, a covered pergola and memorable views of the Chrysler Building, Chanin Building and surrounding Midtown skyline. It is an inviting setting for corporate receptions, networking events, trainings, celebrations, proposals, promotional activations, photography, filming, art presentations and fashion events. Modern lounge furniture, tables, colorful planted walls and glass safety panels give the rooftop a finished look while leaving room to personalize the layout. The space accommodates up to 150 guests standing or 100 seated, allowing it to work for both intimate gatherings and larger company programs.
The covered pergola includes fans and presentation-ready technology, while two outdoor 4K televisions can display company branding, agendas or event content. A sound system supports presentations and DJ connections, and outdoor high-speed Wi-Fi helps teams remain connected throughout the event. Catering is available, self-catering is permitted, and bar or cocktail service can be arranged, with the option to provide outside beverages when approved. High-tech lighting can shift the atmosphere from a daytime workshop to an evening reception, and the mix of covered and uncovered areas offers useful flexibility as conditions change. The central Lexington Avenue address is easy to reach by subway, Metro-North and nearby bus routes. Our event team can coordinate the final seating, catering, beverage and technology plan before arrival so the rooftop is prepared for the program.
