ILA Penthouse is a Chelsea event venue centered around a large rooftop deck with open skyline and Hudson Yards views. The indoor penthouse includes a bar room, sanctuary-style gathering space, breakout rooms, and flexible areas for dining, meetings, ceremonies, receptions, and creative programs. The rooftop expands the experience outdoors for cocktails, portraits, dinner, wellness events, and evening celebrations above the city.

Approximately 4,000 to 4,500 square feet of rooftop space is supported by three movable bars, a prep kitchen, accessible facilities, Wi-Fi, elevator access, furniture, tables, chairs, linens, dishware, and in-house catering for up to 150 seated guests. Outside catering may also be arranged, and the venue accommodates events of up to 225 people. Multiple rooms and the broad deck make it possible to separate guest arrival, ceremony, dining, lounge, and production functions while maintaining a cohesive penthouse setting.
