Red Hook Loft With Private Courtyard, Parking and Production Suites

Hamilton Loft is a freestanding Red Hook venue with approximately 6,000 square feet of indoor space and another 6,000 square feet of private courtyard and parking. The restored industrial interior features exposed brick, reclaimed timber trusses, vaulted ceilings, skylights, large windows, and an open floor plan that can shift between ceremonies, dinners, dancing, corporate programs, brand events, and large-scale shoots. A separate cocktail lounge is anchored by a 20-foot mahogany bar, giving guests a distinct place to gather before moving into the main room. The venue's mix of historic structure and comfortable contemporary furnishings creates a warm Brooklyn setting that photographs beautifully in both daylight and evening light.

The ground-level layout and large roll-up access make vendor and production load-in unusually straightforward. Two private suites can function as dressing rooms, talent holding, or hair and makeup, and the main space offers natural light with blackout capability when a controlled environment is needed. A catering kitchen with its own entrance, three private restrooms, fast Wi-Fi, climate control, tables, chairs, lounge furniture, ADA access, and dedicated parking support events and shoots from setup through departure. Outside caterers and other preferred vendors are welcome, while bar service is handled in house. With room for up to 400 guests, Hamilton Loft offers the scale of a warehouse while maintaining the privacy and organization of a single-purpose venue.
