About the Venue
Moxy Downtown Los Angeles offers more than 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space across an energetic hotel environment near the Convention Center and L.A. Live. The largest event hall combines corrugated metal, brick-inspired surfaces, warm custom lighting and an arrival lounge that can transition from guest check-in to cocktails, presentations, dining or dancing. Smaller meeting rooms, boardrooms and curtained studios provide additional choices for conferences, press events, cast gatherings, workshops and productions that need separate breakout areas within the same building.
The combined main event room accommodates up to 500 reception guests or approximately 420 in theater seating, while other rooms support private dinners, executive meetings and more compact programs. In-house catering, event planning and audiovisual services help coordinate the operational side of a booking. The hotel also connects guests with Bar Moxy, elevated dining and nightlife venues, a pool deck and rooftop-style outdoor areas, allowing an event to extend beyond a single ballroom.
