It can seat around 50 people or hold closer to 70 standing, which keeps the atmosphere more intimate than the huge production rooftops nearby. Modular lounge furniture can be arranged around the booking, and a freestanding counter gives food service, drinks or check-in a natural home without needing a full temporary bar build.
Wi-Fi and an accessible restroom are available, and guests can play their own music or bring in a DJ. The space feels polished enough for a small reception, dinner or company gathering, but still simple enough for photo and video work. During the day, the roof reads as clean and architectural; toward sunset, the skyline starts doing most of the decorating. The size is a nice middle ground for hosts who want a real rooftop setting without spreading a smaller group across a massive empty roof. A smaller group would not have to fill every corner to make the place feel active. Keeping some open concrete or deck visible can actually help the roof feel larger and keep the skyline from getting lost behind rentals.
