The approximately 1,500-square-foot interior features high ceilings, skylights, a retractable blackout system, a full kitchen, two private restrooms, and a green room that can be used for talent holding, wardrobe, makeup, or client privacy. The main room can remain clean and minimal for portraits, interviews, product work, and e-commerce, or be furnished for lifestyle content, workshops, meetings, and small creative events. Natural light gives daytime shoots a soft overhead look, while the blackout option allows the crew to regain control when a project requires a darker or more consistent environment.

The studio accommodates up to 50 people and offers three on-site parking spaces along with free street parking, making it workable for teams that arrive in several vehicles or need to unload equipment close to the entrance. The open layout supports wide frames and flexible camera placement, while the kitchen and green room keep food, preparation, wardrobe, and personal belongings away from the active set. For events, the same separation allows hosts to preserve the main floor for guests while using the supporting rooms for staff and service.
