WYP Studios is a large Culver City production and event space with the scale of a warehouse and the comfort of a finished creative studio. The approximately 7,028-square-foot interior features polished concrete floors, 22-foot exposed ceilings, skylights, a broad open workspace, a front office and lounge, and a large roll-up door that connects to a private patio. The combination of overhead daylight and tall clear volume gives crews room for sizable sets, vehicles, lighting grids, scenic pieces, and wide camera angles. The open center floor can also be arranged for presentations, workshops, brand activations, private gatherings, or installations, while the lounge and office provide useful separation for clients, talent, staff, or quiet preparation.

Rear grade-level and dock-high loading doors make equipment and vendor movement far easier than at a typical storefront studio, and 14 on-site parking spaces help keep the immediate arrival area organized. The building also includes HVAC, restrooms, a kitchen, substantial electrical service, and street-level access, supporting both working production days and guest-facing programs for up to 30 people. The private patio creates an additional zone for breaks, catering, casual conversation, or exterior content without requiring a company move. Productions can keep staging near the loading area, reserve the open floor for the set, and use the front rooms for meetings or holding. Events can create a similar flow, with check-in near the entrance, the main program in the central volume, and food or informal gathering positioned around the kitchen, lounge, and patio.
