The approximately 6,895-square-foot venue includes dedicated studio areas, two furnished lounges, a kitchen, restrooms, and a large paved outdoor section that can be used for arrivals, mingling, vendor setup, or a change of scenery between indoor activities. The enclosed layout creates a flexible campus feel, while the mix of finished gathering areas and working studios makes it possible to build a more layered experience than a conventional event room. Groups can use one zone as the main program area, another as a green room or quiet lounge, and the exterior space for check-in, refreshments, casual conversation, or additional activations.
