Service Description
RESERVATION OPTIONS:
(includes set-up time, event time, and break-down time)
*Morning (8 AM - 1 PM)
*Afternoon (1:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
*Evening (7 PM - 12 AM)
RENTAL FEE:
*$500 for 5-hour minimum reservation
*Additional time is $120/hour
RENT INCLUDES:
*WiFi
*basic a/v equipment (TV, mic, speaker)
*(4) buffet tables
*(10) 6-ft dinner tables
*(80) resin chairs
*a minibar
*kitchenette with sink, microwave, & cooler
OTHER CHARGES:
$75 Cleaning Fee
$250 Refundable Damage Deposit
$250 Security Guard Fee (for events serving Alcohol)
ADD-ONS:
$25/item, if bringing electric Party equipment
(inflatables, photo booths, DJ lights and sounds, food cart or warmers)
Table Covers for purchase
$15 to 25 each for reusable linens
$5 each for plastic disposable
