- Green Cyc that is 35' x 26'. 35' deep and 18' high
Rental Includes:
- Fully gated parking lot for up to 12 vehicles (additional street/lot parking available)
- 200 amps of Edison house power
- Grid for rigging lights
- Production loft overlooking studio space
- Makeup area with 3 makeup stations
- Two full wardrobe stations
- Full large kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Green room area for talent
- 12' x 12' soundproof Bay Doors for vehicle access
- Full Lobby Area for Production Office
- 2 restrooms
- Space is good for audio. Close in proximity to airport but not in flight path.
