The Shop is a transformable Sunset Boulevard storefront with more than 1,400 square feet of retail-style space that can be dressed for different commercial looks. The location includes a retail counter, clearable shelving, moveable shelving units, adjustable lighting, and a straightforward brick-and-mortar layout that can work for product shoots, commercials, music videos, pop-up concepts, brand activations, and intimate gatherings.
Its value is the ability to create a retail environment without starting from a blank stage. Productions can use the existing storefront bones, shelving, counter, and lighting as-is or restyle the room for a boutique, market, specialty shop, or stylized street-facing set.
