Olympus is a polished private mansion with a strong indoor-outdoor flow and a layout that gives guests, crews, and planners several distinct areas to work with. Set high in the Hollywood Hills, this 5,500-square-foot mansion delivers a dramatic residential look with wide views toward Venice, Santa Monica, and the surrounding canyon. The space feels elevated without being stiff, with enough visual variety to support both hosted gatherings and content-driven productions. Key features include a living room, fireplace reading nook, tasteful dining room, modern kitchen, entertainment space with grand piano, outdoor deck, infinity pool, lounge seating, jacuzzi, private balcony, shower, bathtub, and mountainside access, giving the property multiple natural backdrops rather than one single room or view.
The home works well for events, photo shoots, productions, brand work, and intimate gatherings. Open living areas, usable outdoor zones, and flexible rooms make it easy to separate arrivals, staging, talent holding, dining, lounge seating, and camera setups. The property is especially useful when a booking needs a residential setting with premium finishes, natural light, and production-friendly movement between interior and exterior scenes.
