General Rules
No smoking inside.
No equipment brought in without a protectant from scratching the wood floors.
No garbage left behind if it won't fit in our cans.
NO items that have peanuts or peanut products but outside catering is allowed.
No loud music or use outside space after 10pm. Parties must be inside after 10 pm.
No open fire or flames other than our fire pit.
Events only have access to living room, kitchen, backyard and no bedrooms.
Film shoots are subject to property room availability and other rooms will be sectioned off for shoots.
Events and film shoots will pay and extra fee for recording studio use or use of all rooms on property.
No gathering outside after your event has ended. Please wait inside for your ride.
This is a residential neighborhood so please be respectful of these rules and our neighbors!
