HOUSE RULES
• No shoes in the sand area
• No standing or jumping on furniture
• No smoking, cigars, cigarettes, or THC products inside the building or studio
• No pets without prior approval
• Music must remain at respectful levels
• Candles, incense, sage, haze, fog machines, or open flames require prior approval
• Furniture and decor may be moved carefully but must be returned to original placement before leaving
• Added decor or installations must be renter-friendly and may not leave holes, residue, stains, wax, or damage to walls, furniture, rugs, curtains, or sets
• No glitter, confetti, feathers, fake snow, powders, paint, aerosol sprays, fireworks, sand, oils, or small particles that are difficult to clean or may stain surfaces
FOOD & CLEANUP
Trash cans and trash bags are provided throughout the studio. Please properly bag and dispose of all trash before leaving. Decorative vases and props are not trash cans.
Please use care with food, drinks, makeup, oils, sauces, wine, self-tanner, and other staining materials around rugs, curtains, furniture, blankets, and soft furnishings.
DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for returning the studio to its original condition. Damage to furniture, props, rugs, curtains, walls, flooring, sets, decor, or equipment may result in additional cleaning, repair, repainting, replacement, or restoration fees.
