Inside and around Midway Village Museum, the rental experience follows the venue's established use. A 148-acre museum campus with historic buildings, rustic wedding settings, Lake Severin and multiple ceremony and reception locations.

The venue has public support for private celebrations and social events, weddings and wedding-related gatherings and fundraisers, community or public-facing events. With a supported event capacity of about 300, the scale is concrete enough for renters to compare against their guest count without guessing from photographs alone.
