The Huntley combines a large terrace with an indoor room that can open directly onto it, giving an event both a finished interior and substantial outdoor space. The terrace itself is divided between a covered lounge area with greenery and a more open section with cabanas. Inside, the Regal Room adds chandeliers and a more formal atmosphere. Together, the areas can accommodate around 100 seated guests or roughly 130 standing.
The layout gives an event a natural progression without asking guests to move between unrelated parts of a hotel. Cocktails can happen outdoors while dinner, presentations or quieter conversation stay inside. The cabanas create built-in lounge pockets, and the covered section offers some protection from direct sun. Because the indoor and outdoor spaces are physically connected, the venue feels cohesive even when the program uses both. It is a useful setup for receptions, dinners and company gatherings that want the polished service of a hotel but do not want to spend the entire event in a ballroom. The space has enough built-in event logic that a host is not starting from zero. There are clear places for guests, service and the main program, and the floor can still be adjusted around the size of the group. That keeps the event from feeling like a temporary setup dropped into an unrelated building. The existing features can do some of the heavy lifting while personal décor and lighting handle the rest. It is a venue that can support the event without needing to become the event itself.
