DoubleTree by Hilton LAX - El Segundo

DoubleTree by Hilton LAX - El Segundo offers a practical mix of meeting rooms, ballroom-style spaces, and an outdoor poolside patio near Los Angeles International Airport. The hotel lists about 4,500 square feet of event space, with rooms that can handle everything from a small board meeting to a larger reception. Pacific Palisades is the largest listed room at roughly 180 guests, while Manhattan can accommodate around 120. A lobby foyer supports receptions or pre-function activity, Malibu Boardroom seats about 12, and the poolside patio can host approximately 75. The range makes it possible to match the room to the group instead of using one generic space for every type of gathering.

In-house catering, Wi-Fi, bar service, and the outdoor pool add the expected hotel conveniences, while guest rooms make the property useful for events with travelers flying into the area. Corporate meetings, training sessions, conferences, family celebrations, and wedding-related events can all take advantage of the airport-adjacent location without sacrificing access to multiple room configurations. The poolside patio gives social events an outdoor alternative to the meeting rooms, and the smaller boardroom provides a more focused setting for executive sessions or private discussions. Because the venue is part of a full hotel, planners can keep lodging, food service, meeting space, and guest amenities in one place. DoubleTree LAX - El Segundo is a functional choice for groups that value accessibility and logistics, particularly when attendees are arriving from different cities or need convenient overnight accommodations close to the airport terminals.
