About the Venue
Edinburgh is a polished private mansion with a strong indoor-outdoor flow and a layout that gives guests, crews, and planners several distinct areas to work with. The home combines modern finishes with a spacious backyard, an enclosed pool lounge area, indoor dining, and a built-in BBQ setup. The space feels elevated without being stiff, with enough visual variety to support both hosted gatherings and content-driven productions. Key features include a pool, outdoor lounge space, built-in BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining seating, electric fireplace, and clean modern finishes, giving the property multiple natural backdrops rather than one single room or view.
The home works well for events, photo shoots, productions, brand work, and intimate gatherings. Open living areas, usable outdoor zones, and flexible rooms make it easy to separate arrivals, staging, talent holding, dining, lounge seating, and camera setups. The property is especially useful when a booking needs a residential setting with premium finishes, natural light, and production-friendly movement between interior and exterior scenes.
