Welcome to 10 acres of undisturbed natural beauty! We are located at the border of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, within the Los Angeles 30-mile studio zone TMZ, only 5 miles from the 101 freeway and Westlake Village, 12 miles to El Matador State Beach (Malibu) and Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH).
All Bookings Include:
• 300-degree year-round dark green to lighter green mountain views in a quiet canyon
• Dirt roads, paths, and trails
• Spacious flat areas and the pictured brick section with drive-up access to all pictured locations
• Native plants, multiple mature oak trees, and fallen logs
• Rustic wooden hillside stairs
• Natural rock formations
• Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and amazing natural light
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• One basic porta-potty
• Private use of lower property outdoor areas (excludes pool and house areas)
• Parking onsite for 30 cars/trucks and a large motorhome if desired

• Site/Ranch Rep (only required for weekday bookings) $25/hour
