Bright Community Hall with Remodeled Kitchen, Seating for 75

Seaside UCC is a clean, flexible 1,400 sq. ft. hall that works well for meetings, workshops, and small social events like bridal or baby showers and birthday parties. Guests enter through a welcoming lobby that includes a counter for check-in or displays, with extra space for easels or signage.

Inside, the main room features a granite serving counter and a convenient pass-through from the fully remodeled kitchen. The kitchen includes two 12-cup coffee makers, microwave, stove, and refrigerator (freezer space is not guaranteed). Tables and chairs are available to accommodate up to 75 people, and the space has a firm maximum capacity of 75.

Two handicapped-accessible restrooms are located off the lobby. The hall does not have air conditioning, but it does have ceiling fans and windows that can be opened for airflow. A Smart TV is available for presentations and can be used with a flash drive or HDMI cable (HDMI not provided).
