One option is EventHelper (TheEventHelper.com). Before purchasing, confirm your venue’s requirements, including liability limits, certificates of insurance, and whether the venue needs to be listed as “Additional Insured.”
Requirements vary by venue and activity. Many hosts ask for a general liability policy that meets a specific limit and names the venue as Additional Insured.
If you’re not sure what to buy, ask the host what they require and share the details with your insurance provider before purchasing.
