We are a rustic lake estate that allows weddings. You will have use of the property from Thursday through Sunday or from Friday to Monday for a Sunday wedding. We allow you to come in early to decorate, enjoy the lake or just relax and stay in the lodge which sleeps up to 14 people. The extra three log cabins will sleep another 10 people. You can have your rehearsal, dinner, the wedding/reception and your brunch the day after all for one price. For weddings of 70 people or less the reception can be held in our rustic lodge. For weddings of over 70 people, you will have your reception under a tent next to our lodge and have the cocktail hour in the lodge.
We give you use of the lodge, 26-acre private lake and the 5 lawns to spread out on for 3 or 4 days and nights. You can have up to 26 people staying right at the lake and the local hotels are 5 minutes away. We are 7 minutes from Windham ski mountain. We have 7 boats that are included in the package. There are 6 kinds of fish for fishing in the lake. The 24 acre lake is spring-fed and watershed, so it’s crystal clear for swimming. A bonfire on the night of your event is also included.
We have no restrictions on what vendors you use or how you decorate as long as the lodge is not damaged. We want you to make your special day unique to your style. We are a DIY venue which keeps our prices very low.
Main house has 4 bedrooms. The lake view room has 2 queen beds, The next room has bunk beds, a twin and a full bed. The master bedroom has a king bed and a trundle bed with an upper and lower twin, the last bedroom has a queen bed. Sleeps 14 people.
Woodside Cabin has a full kitchen with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. Sleeps 4 people.
Lake view cabin has a full kitchen and a queen bed in the bedroom and a trundle bed with an upper and lower twin in the living room. Sleeps 4 people.
Studio has a queen bed, Sleeps 2 people.
