Factoria at Charles Point is a large waterfront entertainment and event complex beside the marina in Peekskill. The main event space offers approximately 34,000 square feet, a dance floor, a private catering hall, and a flexible open layout for weddings, corporate events, galas, fundraisers, product launches, concerts, and large private celebrations. Its location near the Metro-North Hudson Line also gives visiting guests a practical transportation option.
One of the property’s defining features is its expansive balcony deck overlooking the marina and surrounding water. Indoor entertainment, bar and brewery areas, catering support, and the outdoor waterfront setting allow programs to combine formal event elements with a more active social atmosphere. Factoria accommodates events of up to approximately 250 guests and provides useful options for cocktail hours, portraits, guest breaks, and scenic production footage.
