The Dimon Estate

North Fork Estate Restaurant With Private Dining and Gardens

Historic Estate and Restaurant Venue Up to 80 guests

About the Venue

The Dimon Estate offers an intimate historic estate and chef-led restaurant setting in Jamesport at 370 Manor Lane, Jamesport, NY 11947. The venue is organized around private dining areas, estate interiors and landscaped outdoor surroundings, creating a personal North Fork environment centered on food, history and smaller guest counts. The venue can accommodate up to 80 guests, making the property suitable for rehearsal dinners, birthdays, bridal brunches, memorial gatherings and intimate celebrations. The eighty-guest scale makes the property better suited to detailed hospitality and conversation than to a large ballroom program. The available areas can separate arrivals, ceremonies, dining, presentations and entertainment while keeping the gathering connected.

Planning at The Dimon Estate can begin with menu design, room layout, outdoor photographs, bar service, timing and any ceremony or presentation needs. Chef-led food service and on-site hospitality can simplify private dining events, while custom menus and exact room inclusions should be discussed with the estate team. Jamesport places the venue near North Fork vineyards, farms and lodging, giving guests access to a broader destination itinerary. Productions should confirm power, sound, holding areas, furniture movement and exterior filming permissions. Social events should focus on guest flow, food service, weather backup and departure timing. Final pricing, minimums, hours, accessibility, parking, load-in, insurance and equipment should be confirmed before booking. The venue team can also clarify which spaces are included, when vendors may arrive, what staffing is provided and what must be removed afterward. A written floor plan and arrival schedule can make vendor coordination easier before the event day.
