About the Venue
The Derby House brings a distinct venue format to Frankfort. A family-owned, nontraditional event venue with indoor and outdoor function areas, accessibility and room for gatherings around 100 guests.
The venue has public support for private celebrations and social events and weddings and wedding-related gatherings. With a supported event capacity of about 100, the scale is concrete enough for renters to compare against their guest count without guessing from photographs alone. The rental is designed specifically around private events, so the room can be evaluated on guest flow, setup needs and the event format itself.
