About the Venue
Headquarters Beercade is a River North arcade bar where vintage games and nightlife are already part of the event. The venue can accommodate groups of up to about 550 and is used for birthdays, private parties, company gatherings, and team-building events. Arcade games, bar service, audiovisual capability, a DJ booth, and open social areas give groups several ways to use the space without having to bring in separate entertainment.
For private events, the arcade format solves the problem of keeping guests engaged. People can move between games, drinks, and conversation on their own, which works well for company groups where not everyone knows each other. A DJ or branded audiovisual content can be added when the event needs more production, while smaller gatherings can simply lean on the games and bar atmosphere. The venue makes the most sense for hosts who want a social event that stays active and informal rather than one built around assigned seating or a long formal program.
