Historic Smyrna House With Large Porch, Landscaped Grounds and Indoor Event Rooms

Reed House is a circa-1910 house on 3.6 landscaped acres, with more than 4,500 square feet across two stories. Architect Leila Ross Wilburn designed the home with a 50-by-15-foot front porch, porte-cochere, leaded glass and oak-paneled interiors. A warming kitchen, multiple rooms and space for DJ music and dancing make the historic property functional for events. Multiple rooms and outdoor areas give events separate settings for cocktails, dining, photos and conversation. The grounds create outdoor ceremony and photo possibilities while the house gives guests a weather-protected interior. The venue can accommodate up to about 135 guests.

Groups can use the home and grounds for weddings, receptions and rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations and private parties, and photo shoots.
