Golf Course Cafe and Event Space for Intimate Gatherings

Heartwell Golf Course brings together a distinctive setting and a practical event layout without feeling like a generic rental room. The event offering is intentionally intimate, using the golf-course cafe and adjoining setting for groups that do not need a large ballroom. The space has enough built-in character to establish the tone before décor is added, while still leaving room for organizers to shape the setup around the occasion. That balance is useful for small banquets, family gatherings, business functions and casual receptions. The overall experience is straightforward: guests arrive to a venue with a clear identity, planners have defined areas to work with, and the property itself becomes part of the event rather than simply serving as a backdrop.

Practical features include an 18-hole par-3 course setting, cafe space, convenient parking and a relaxed clubhouse atmosphere. Those details matter because they allow the event to move beyond a single-room setup and give hosts more control over how guests arrive, gather, dine, and transition through the day. The venue's location in Long Beach also keeps it connected to the broader Los Angeles and Orange County area without making the setting feel interchangeable with a hotel conference room. For planners comparing spaces, the strongest reason to consider this property is that the functional pieces and the atmosphere are already tied together. It can accommodate the logistics of a real event while still giving guests something visually and experientially different to remember. The layout also gives planners room to separate arrival, social time, dining, and the main program when the event schedule benefits from distinct phases.
