Casa de Sanchez / SGV Event Center

Casa de Sanchez / SGV Event Center combines historic architectural details with several banquet spaces designed for large celebrations. Eventective highlights decorative tin ceilings dating to the 1930s, multiple chandeliers, a furnished lounge area, large flat-screen televisions for slideshows, and a bar area equipped with a refrigerator and ice machine. The venue allows hosts to bring their own food and beverages, while catering and decoration packages are also available. Eventective lists several room options, including Casa de Sanchez, the Bourbon Room, and the larger Louisiana Room, with capacities extending into the hundreds depending on the selected space. Wi-Fi and outside catering flexibility give hosts additional control over how the event is planned.

The venue is suited to weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, cultural celebrations, and other events where decor and a strong banquet-hall atmosphere are important. Hosts can bring in their own caterer or use the venue's catering services, and optional decor support can cover details such as table settings, centerpieces, dessert tables, and backdrops. The lounge area can give family members, hosts, or vendors a separate place to regroup during the event. Casa de Sanchez is best for groups that want a traditional celebration space with distinctive historic character and the freedom to personalize food, beverages, and decor. Its multiple room sizes also make it possible to choose a setting that better matches the scale of the guest list. The vintage ceiling details and chandeliers give the rooms a built-in visual identity, reducing the need to create all of the atmosphere through rentals alone.
