This 3800 Ranch Style House is located on a flag-lot in the heart of Reseda. It's very private with a 300 ft driveway lined with beautiful palm trees. There's a large front and back yard area. The great room has vaulted ceiling, with a fireplace and a indoor/outdoor Koi Pond. There's also a wet bar with plenty of counter space. There is a gourmet kitchen, a den with fireplace and three bedrooms. 4 bathrooms are located throughout the property.
Parking for 12-16 cars in the back area next to a smoking section.
