VenueMagnet is a booking platform and does not provide insurance coverage directly. We encourage both hosts and guests to carry appropriate insurance for their activities. Insurance can be purchased for roughtly $105 / day.

No. You can focus only on photo and video shoots if that is what you prefer. You can choose which types of bookings you accept and set your maximum headcount.

That is up to you. Many hosts stay on site in a separate area in case questions come up. Others step out once guests are settled in. You can specify your preference in your listing description and house rules.

Guests add a payment method when they submit a booking request or accept a custom offer. After the booking is completed, VenueMagnet processes the charge and releases your payout minus a 12% platform fee. You will see the breakdown inside your booking details.

You can define your policy for overtime. If guests stay beyond the scheduled end time, we can adjust the billing to reflect additional hours, according to your listed rates and policies.

Yes. You can easily deactivate your listing and status and change it back to active, when you're ready.
