Why We Built It This Way
Venue owners already pay for cleaning, insurance, repairs, staff, utilities, maintenance, and everything else that comes with running a space. We did not think another large percentage fee needed to be added on top.
Instead of taking a percentage from the host, VenueMagnet charges the guest a small flat reservation fee when a booking is made. The host keeps the rental amount they set.
You Do Not Have to Leave the Other Platforms
If Peerspace or Giggster already brings you bookings, keep using them. VenueMagnet does not have to replace either platform.
It can simply be another place for renters to find your space, without adding another host commission.
