South-facing light is consistent from late morning to golden hour; power (110V) is available along the perimeter, with easy load-in via side gate and driveway parking for two vehicles. An outdoor shower and a powder room off the patio keep resets fast and tidy—great for swimwear, lifestyle, and summer brand shoots.
