Step into a one-of-a-kind underground space inside a historic late-1800s building. This raw industrial basement features original bank vault doors, exposed brick walls, cement beams, concrete flooring, and an open floor plan that gives productions and events a dramatic, atmospheric backdrop.

The space has an authentic aged character with a gritty, post-apocalyptic feel—ideal for film shoots, photography, music videos, creative productions, brand content, and private events looking for a setting with real personality.

In addition to the main open space, the venue includes three ready-to-shoot built-in sets:

Furniture and decorations may be moved
All furniture, props and set-dressing MUST be moved by the owners only.
Only loose furniture can be moved with location manager's approval.
All permanent fixtures or furniture has to stay.
Signs and stickers cannot be removed.
