The open plan (≈1,400 sq ft, 12–14' ceilings) includes a movable lounge set, rolling clothing rack/steamer, and a shooting bay that accommodates full-body fashion, lifestyle, or product sets.
A 9–12' seamless system (white/black/gray on site), V-flats, C-stands, sandbags, apple boxes, and modifiers are included; 20A circuits are spaced along the perimeter with plenty of outlets. You’ll have a makeup station with Hollywood mirror, a compact prep kitchenette, Bluetooth speaker, and fast Wi-Fi. Easy load-in via freight elevator and curbside loading; the space resets quickly between looks—ideal for editorials, e-com, portraits, and content days.
