The space is designed around a flexible shooting area with roll-up doors for natural light and easy load-in, plus seamless backdrops and a well-equipped prep area so talent can be camera-ready quickly. It is a strong fit for branding and product shoots, headshots, commercial photography, and lightweight video projects where you want a controlled studio environment without a lot of friction.

On-site amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, a remodeled restroom, a stocked lobby area, and practical production extras such as a clothing rack, steamer, and makeup station.
